Planes and Cats

Al was excited to
go to Pearl Harbor
to see the planes
on Ford Island
His favorite part
was the museum
where he could climb
into the cockpit
and play with
the controls
He was a little bummed
to learn that these planes
were used to shoot other planes
but he had fun
nonetheless
Later that day
he went to Sand Island
And found some cats to feed
Al hates to see anyone hungry!
Before leaving Oahu
Al went down to the beach
at Waikiki
to see the waterfalls
and he found a
flower
for his horn
Al knew it would be cold
when he got back to NY
so he tried to put on
a sweater
but it was not a good fit
He was tempted to just
stay
in
Hawai'i
